The budgeted bars are your $80,000 ED salary, before health benefits, and the bars under them are my offer. You keep $5,000 over three months and $10,000 over six. Help with the ED search is part of the three months, not an add-on.

How I'd work: contractor

I work through Flow Consulting and invoice twice a month
No payroll taxes, L&I or unemployment premiums on your end
Easy to start and easy to end

It ends at three months unless you decide to extend. If the board would rather have me on staff, I'm open to that too, and we can work out the details together.
